Once completed, contact Suzanne Olia, MS Registrar, at solia@masconomet.org

Please note: if your child is currently at the HS level, you will need to contact Kristy Jennings, HS registrar at kjennings@masconomet.org to obtain their MS records.  

Click on the link to get a printable copy of the Work Permit Application along with instructions on how to complete it.  Copies are also located in the MS Guidance Office.  

To obtain a work permit, students should return the completed application to Suzanne Olia, MS Registrar, located in the Main Office.

In order to withdraw your child from Masco MS, please print out and complete the  MS Records Release Form . Once completed, contact Suzanne Olia, the MS Registrar.
